8 STEP WATER PURIFICATION PROCESS

Step 1

Step 1

Our process starts with ordinary city water and filters it through a pair of composite/carbon
filters that removes most of the chlorine, fluoride, sulfur and large sediments.

Step 2

Step 2

From there it passes through a micron filter which removes smaller sediments and particles.

Step 3

Step 3

Here the water is forced through a high pressure reverse osmosis system. High pressure RO systems can remove pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, pesticides, fertilizers and other pollutants.

Step 4

Step 4

Then the output water from the RO processing is piped into 300 gallon storage tanks.

Step 5

Step 5

While in the tanks, the water never sits still. We continually filter the water out of the tanks, inject ozone into it and pump it back into the tanks. This process goes on 24 X 7. At this point the water is pure and ready for use.

Step 6

Step 6

When the water is dispensed to customers, it pulls from the storage tanks and filters it through a post carbon fil-ter charged with coco fiber carbon.

Step 7

Step 7

Then the water enters a meter long high-Intensity ultraviolet filter chamber where it kills any possible remaining bacteria.

Step 8

Step 8

From there pure water is dispensed to your bottles or made into ice.
